Sonya Pryor-Jones is the CEO of Synchronicity Consulting LLC. An educator by training in adult learning and development, Sonya is a life-long learner and change agent with over 15 years of experience in education and community development. Sonya has been involved in some of Northeast Ohio's most high risk and high reward initiatives ranging from the opening of the community's first national Blue Ribbon charter school to the design and launch of a regional education effort over 50 non-profit and business partners. In 2011 Sonya launched Synchronicity, a boutique consultancy, supporting clients in change and innovation efforts. Sonya is also a sought-after speaker with engagements including the Aspen Ideas Festival, National Governors Association, and the Project Lead the Way Innovation Summit.
Sonya received a B.A. in International Studies and History from Kenyon College, and a M.Ed. in Education from Cleveland State University. She also holds Certificates in Executive Education and Appreciative Inquiry from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Allen Jones Sr. is a Senior Advisor for Synchronicity Consulting LLC. Before working with Synchronicity, Allen honed his over 24 years of experience across multiple industries including construction management, supply chain management, and sales management. These opportunities provided Allen with the practical knowledge to support clients with their project goals. In his free time, he loves to travel with his family domestically and abroad. These trips help enforce the importance of having cultural awareness and an appreciation for our global community.
Allen received his B.A. in Organizational Leadership and Development with a Communications minor from Baldwin Wallace University.
